Case Study
Adam Heroes — United Kingdom
2D Animated Series · Original IP Co-Production · My Ilm Ltd
The challenge. My Ilm Ltd, a UK-based Islamic education company, had a vision for an original animated series — “Adam Heroes” — to bring Islamic values to Muslim children worldwide, but no in-house studio to build it with. They needed a true creative partner to co-develop the series from a concept into a fully realized IP: characters, world, tone, and storytelling, ready to grow across seasons.
What we delivered. Working alongside the My Ilm Ltd team from concept through delivery, we co-developed original character designs, story arcs, and a Full HD 2D visual style aligned to Islamic values while staying universally appealing to children — including original themed songs composed for the series. What started as a shared concept became a growing animated IP, built jointly rather than handed off.

FAQ
Animation Co-Production Questions, Answered
What’s the difference between co-production and outsourcing?
Outsourcing means handing us a finished brief to execute. Co-production means building the concept together — characters, story, and visual style — from an early idea through to a growing series.
Who owns the IP after co-production?
You do. Full ownership and master files transfer to you under our Premium tier, with clear terms agreed before production starts.
How closely do we need to be involved during production?
As closely as you’d like, at each staged checkpoint — script, styleframe, and animatic reviews are built into the process. Partners like My Ilm Ltd on Adam Heroes stayed involved from concept through every stage, not just a final sign-off.
Can you help develop an idea we haven’t fully fleshed out yet?
Yes — many co-production projects start as a rough concept. We’ll work with you through character design, story development, and styleframes before committing to full production.
